Founded in 1987 by Vasilios "Billy" Lazos and Sandra Lazos Brookside Pizza I in Loudon NH is the original Brookside. We are located right down the road from the N.H.M.S & next to the Re/max countryside realty in the Brookside Mall on Route 106. We know each customer by name contributing to our small-town friendly atmosphere. Over the past 24 years our popularity among the locals has grown, allowing us to expand and open new stores in Belmont and Concord. Our commitment to serving the best ingredients, family recipes and fast, courteous service has made us a favorite to the locals as well as to the yearly tourists that make us a mandatory stop and a vacation favorite. Brookside Pizza II - Belmont NH Pizza

Looking to expand their business the Lazos family opened Brookside Pizza II in Belmont in 1998. After
3 years with 2 locations the Lazos family was ready for a much needed and well deserved extended break.
At the same time Christine Rudolph who had been working in the letter-shop industry since age 14, was
looking for a career change. Her last 13 years in that industry was spent managing 3 shifts of operations
(talk about stress, LOL). Born and raised in Brooklyn N.Y. Christine relocated to N.H. in 1984. While
living in the Loudon/Canterbury area she and her husband Frank met Billy and Sandy when they opened the
original Brookside Pizza. In 1999 Christine joined forces with the Lazos family and began to learn the
business. One year later Christine relocated to the Belmont location and began to settle in. Soon after,
Billy and Sandy took that extended break to re-coupe and Christine worked diligently toward establishing
a business with a good reputation and a solid team. In 2003, when Christine was offered partnership in
the business she jumped at the opportunity, by then customers had become more than just customers and
her children were well underway in learning the business. Now most days you will find her boys Michael
and David and daughter in-law Justine, as well as, the rest of our crew hustling out the good food that

Brookside Pizza III - Concord NH Pizza

Brookside Pizza III is the newest Brookside pizza located in Condord NH. We are located right off
93 & next to Banks Chevrolet on Manchester Street. We like to get to know each customer by name
contributing to our small-town friendly atmosphere. We are committed to serving the best
